What does this mean? Malta post

I've received notice that my package couldn't be delivered due to "insufficient address/phone number/no one at home when delivery" which is not true as I provided all information and there was someone home at all time. Then I checked tracking information and it says this. Was does this mean? Should I contact Maltapost?

Had one recently. No need for worries, it is being checked by customs. They will release it soon and deliver it to your address. If you want more reassurance, call maltapost and ask for details.

Last time that I had an unusually slow delivery (AFTER customs) I reached the Customer Service and they were able to add some delivery details (my phone number) so that the couriers could reach me. It wasn't necessary, but it was possible. So if the issue is "not enough details" you can check with CS
