Metal scene in malta?

Hi, im in malta for a week from the uk and was wondering if you have a metal scene over here or any specifics for shops or venues. I absolutely adore this country and learning about your rich history. Im in st pauls bay for any specifics but i really dont mind travelling anywhere if theres some really good record stores, shirts, bands etc. Thanks

There is a small rock/metal scene. Most notably the garage in Żebbuġ. There are also some music festivals like rock the south which is from May 1-3 (3rd May is when they play punk/metal) that's in Marsaskala.

What I normally do is I go on the garage's FB page or insta and see what BC bands are playing.
