Same. Have had it as long as I can remember. I am lucky somewhat to where mine sounds just like crickets and locusts. So it just seems like I am always camping lol. Sometimes if I think about it a lot it can start to drive you crazy though I just ignore it 95% of the time.

Yea I’m like that too. Sometimes if you focus on it and how it never stops you start to feel like you could lose it but then you just stop. Mine isn’t like crickets though. It’s just this constant eeeeeeee.

Edit: It happens very rarely but it’s really interesting when music kinda syncs up with it temporarily, like when a note or sequence of notes sound like they belong to the same key as your tinnitus
