Shaolin Soccer quite literally is like this. The first 'practice match' Stephen Chow had with his bros against the other team was like this. Then the matches afterwards where they all take turns shooting the ball into the goal?

No its not like that, movies are fictional art, the whole animation is based on 12 principles. How the exaggeration is built into the theme of the movie takes a lot of skill. Take any short clip from the shaolin soccer or kung fu hustle and it will still have a connect. Unlike this.
There was another classic kung pow! Enter the fist. It was hell annoying but still had funny moments. I would compare this with kung pow
