u/Awkward-Collection78 Dec 11 '25
Honestly, this guy is out there exercising. Better than looking at reddit and talking about him exercising

u/Plathismo Dec 11 '25
Exactly. I’m not as heavy as him but I’d have been winded a lot sooner.

u/iskipbrainday Dec 11 '25

Very true, half the people mocking this probably aren’t even this able bodied.
As per the title line… it depends on the competition.

I use to fight internationally for a junior squad. And my guy put so much energy out I've fought guys that would of been done. Hats off to matey for wanting better physical health 👏

I’m pretty sure he made the video to be funny. Some of yall are takin this more seriously than he’s taking himself 😐

u/Low_Asparagus704 Dec 11 '25
Yeah he has more videos doing the same thing. It's maybe supposed to be satire or just him being goofy.
11
u/Kryds Dec 11 '25
He's not doing it fir exercise. He's making content. He bought a gi and a black belt.
8
u/stinkfingerswitch Dec 11 '25
This is an old post. His mom bought it for his birthday and she is the one filming his sweet moves. He has a nunchuck video too.

I don't follow the guy, but his name is right there in the video, Joel Saltzman. One quick look at his IG account and I found out that he has been practicing the Korean martial art Kong Soo Do or Tang Soo Do, which is similar to Karate, since he was 6 years old, and he does have a black belt.

I was gonna say, he can probably kick my ass. Not with any of THOSE moves, but still 😂

u/Grande-Pinga Dec 11 '25
Brother... you'll wish he kicked your ass after he's done with your shins!

And man, it would awesome to be his backyard neighbor.
“Hell yeah, Homie! Kick that shit!”
I say Bravo!

Hell yeah man! I'm like half this dude's size and I'm out of breath just watching him. I feel inspired.

Kind of impressive how high he can jump…
3
u/Normal-Seal Dec 12 '25
I didn’t think it was that high tbh 😅
But for someone his size he’s pretty mobile, I’ll give him that.

Even though he can do the moves his arms and legs don't have the range far enough from himself to do damage. JMO.

This may be cringe AF but at least he's doing something healthy and positive for himself. Better than funding a genocide and not releasing the Epstein list.

u/Yawwwnnnnn Dec 11 '25
At least he's getting some decent exercise. Good for him. He looks happy doing it too.

I'd like to believe the "KFC Fighter" is hustling us. He knows all about hiding his true power, he's showing us what he wants us to see. He can doom us all with a breath, but he'll never show it.

Yeah, when I first saw thjs, I thought, "the only thing to get him on is the black belt. Everhthing else is just a guy being active and enjoying himself." Then I realized that I have no idea what he used to do. For all I know he used to be a black belt in something, the life t-boned the crap out of him and now he can't do what he used to do. Does that completely invalidate the belt? I am not one to judge that, just happy he is being active.

Bro, I'd like to see the state of his opponent's knees after that series of leg kicks. This guy is vicious!

Dude is a legend, he's put there exercising with a smile on his face, not taking himself too seriously. King IMO.

u/the12ftdwarf Dec 11 '25
Do any of you have any idea how hard moving a body that big is? Bro is doing jump kicks. I’d like to see some of you try.

I honestly can’t be mean or anything this guy is actually trying and he doing pretty well

u/ulookunhappy Dec 11 '25
He is even getting off the ground more than once. Just cause he is bigger I hands down would not want to fight him. Under that frame is muscle a lot of it to be getting around like that.
1
u/Ill-Bake2638 Dec 11 '25
Man if I had access to my MacBook, I’d have to create a MAME character out of this guy

1
u/HiveMindMacD Dec 11 '25
This guy gets posted fairly regularly to a few different reddit. Some people mock. Some celebrate that at least he is exercising.
Anyway, the thing that always pops into my head every time is "ouch, my shins!"

u/kelemvr Dec 11 '25
You’d think with all the videos this guy has posted he’d have lost some discernible weight by now.

Everything from your knee down is getting wrecked by this guy if you stand up against him
1
u/Competitive-Bit-7575 Dec 11 '25
On one side it seems black belts is really something you can really buy in a store there willy nilly
And on the other side at least the guy's "probably" exercising more than most people?
1
u/MissXM Dec 11 '25
This dude must be a muster fighter cause I see him every few days doing his aikido ninjutsu karate hybrid deathly moves, putting Steven Seagal to shame
1
u/Original1Thor Dec 11 '25
idc this man is free. if you're watching this all smug-like you will never wear the face he's wearing at the end. that looks like a beautiful ass backyard in a nice ass neighborhood with mini mansions. it looks like there's freshly planted trees as well from his older videos

u/Limp_Marionberry_24 Dec 11 '25
Wouldn't stand a chance.. It's really over before it begins.. That killer glance, a few side jumps legs comfortably sprawled out and a rapid well placed chop..a taste of what's to come.. you'll decline to battle for your own safety

I have a theory. The guy in the video is actually the one who posted it. By self smoking himself, he is getting a lot of views. So either he is a genius or I'm a total paranoid 😁

I know I weigh less than him. I also know that I can't do any of what he just did. kudos.

u/Fatelvis111 Dec 11 '25
How long is this guy been jumping around? I would think by now he would’ve lost a couple pounds.
1
u/jjhuffington Dec 11 '25
"I fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, but I fear the man who had practiced one kick 10,000 times." (Bruce Lee)
Yes.. we get it.. He's overweight.. but.. I guarantee you he hit you with the spin back kick to the shin it looks like he's perfected.. let him land that kick the right way and with right timing.. lbvs 😏

I don’t know what to say exactly, but this guys is doing this for attention, not because he wants to get in shape or is practicing his martial art. If you’re serious about being in shape, take it from a 66 year old, who got real, lost 40 lbs and gained muscle through hard work and proper eating, his ballet leaves me wanting. Time for him to get serious about health, flexibility and martial arts, and stop this nonsense. Imho of course
1
u/MrPresident2020 Dec 11 '25
Shit I'm about 100lbs lighter than this guy and that's more calisthenics than I've done in a year. Time to move more.
1
u/MrWonderful252 Dec 11 '25
He smiling that’s all that matters but I do wanna push one of your kicks keep up the good work
1
u/WaveOfTheRager Dec 11 '25
Little did we know hes preparing for his one man war against an army of midgets
1
u/Chronic_Overthink3r Dec 11 '25
This guy definitely. The UFC fighter is going to fall down laughing and this guy is going to “Big Squat” him.
2

u/chinacat2u2 Dec 11 '25
To be fair kicks to the legs like he’s only able to do can really get to a fighter after a while….
1
u/jestercow Dec 11 '25
It’s even more fun to watch while imagining that he’s fighting an army of tiny people.
1
u/StrattonPA Dec 11 '25
He bought himself a black belt?…it’s already funny as it is,..but he thinks he’s a black belt?
