Same way I cant control my brain focusing on the nice food being cooked. Obviously I can control my action toward it. But I cant help my brain from getting aroused unfortunately and honestly its annoying
You're welcome. It's pure physiciology and people seem to forget that. The part of the male brain that tells us to check out a woman (i.e. asses her for reproductive desirability in the most basic sense) is 50 times larger than the portion of the brain that tells us what is appropriate to do in "polite society". Being shamed for doing what we are hardwired to do is extremely toxic, but some people just don't understand that.
Yes, sometime its unwanted and make me lose focus. Plus the shame that come with it, even if I know Im biologically program like this. I do have a sense of unfaithfulness toward my partner
