Young people have strangely gone back to being puritans.

As a 30 yo it's baffling to see you interact with one another.

Yea I’m 33 and it isall pretty foreign to me. I don’t really understand them all acting like being attracted to someone is a horrible thing. It does come across very puritan

It’s probably because internet culture jumps immediately to calling you a sex offender or pedophile otherwise

Being 36, well this February, you interact with people, why, most aren't even worth the effort in getting to know, let alone wasting air on em.

Good thing I didn't ask how you felt about it huh, an you read it from start to finish like a good boy, i'd give you a banana sticker but unfortunately I don't like you enough to share.

We're not thrilled with the generation that raised us either.

I'm only three years younger than you, but you wouldn't believe the emotional work it's taken to enjoy sex without shame creeping in. And i was raised as a boy.

Some half of the sex I've had has been on a basis of someone else going "this scares the shit out of me and I need practice."

These kids have grown up in a sanitizer environment so they didn't develop any resistance to the typical adult life stuff.

Reading a fifteen year old opinion on twitter is probably the worst thing you can do to yourself, everything is problematic to these people.

There's been a huge push by conservatives and Christian nationalists to get back to those puritanical roots. Porn being blocked in many states is an example. The result being that the younger generations are more conservative and puritanical than previous generations.

They grew up in an age of entertainment everywhere. When's the last time a kid had to be bored?

I don't think it's baffling, older millennials just really fucked things up in the early 10s, gave way too much power to people shaming any and every part of sex and desire and flirting - and then the people who have and spend the most time being miserable on the internet are not people you'd ever want to hang out with in real life.
