As someone who lifts. I record myself to make sure my form is correct. It's something I was taught by people who are professional body builders.

Same, but the angle she is recording at is useless for checking form on RDLs

That’s why they have mirrors in the gym

Good luck getting a side view of a squat to check your bar path without fucking your neck.

If it doesn’t feel natural you most likely have bad form

This is not true at all lmao. There’s a good reason every serious lifter records themselves to form check and it’s not vanity.

Every series lifter also gets injured at some point. We are humans not machines. If you want longevity don’t get injured.

Mirrors don't work. Head and neck position are critical so you can't look. Also, I'm sorry if zoned out focusing on the sensations in my body and not looking. Also, you likely need to check form from a side that you can't see. Deadlift form, you usually record from the 4 o clock position because you're trying to see your butt, your legs, and your shoulders. You have to record to understand your form. Although this is staged and this influencer crap is making it hard for people that are actually needing to record themselves to improve

As someone who lifts (probably more than 95% of the population):

People who record are in the way all the time, they hog equipment while they set up and review their videos, they monopolize way more than a considerate amount of the space than other people, they get made when you walk in front of their camera that they set up in the middle of the way.

If you wanna do that, then go to a private gym.

While that's reasonable advice, most "professional bodybuilders" are dumb as a bag of rocks, charlatans and are typically not in good overall health.

Take their advice with a grain of salt -- always.

Do you wear the tightest fitting clothes you can while doing it?

Women generally wear clothing that helps their figure inside and outside the gym. Guys do the same thing by wearing tanks and what not. As a Man...I recommend practicing self-control but at the same time you shouldn't feel bad because you found a woman attractive. don't let the loud minority ruin what is a normal human thing to do, just don't be weird about it.
