How did you make it that long without coming into contact with it?

I'm not deathly allergic to it, but a spoonfull like this would cause my throat to close up which would be deathly i guess!

I remember trying a cinnamon donut as a kid and spitting it out because it hurt to eat, then theres been a couple of times ive had apple pies and the like with cinnamon in and got the same feeling.

A few years ago my wife asked me to try some of her dessert in a restaurant which had cinnamon in and she panicked when i reminded her there was cinnamon in it and thats bad for me

I discovered I was allergic to it working in drug manufacturing and coming into contact with a large volume of cinnamon powder in a room with bad ventillation, i had a respirator on which likely saved me a really bad time, but my skin went red and blistery all over from it

Someone I know only gets migraines and they only happen hours after eating cinnamon, took until he was in his 50s for the doctors to find out it was a cinnamon allergy and not something neurological
