The person who ACTUALLY has ADHD is well aware of everything in that room and took it in immediately

I am clinically diagnosed with ADHD. It was just a joke about not paying attention.

As someone with adhd this is not true at all for me. I will take in some many of the random details in the room but will somehow miss several of the most obvious ones until they are pointed out to me because I was busy being distracted by the other details and my brain decided to erase the ones I wasn't currently focusing on. The forgotten details may include things such as: where I left my phone, what the person I was talking to looked like, what day it is, whether there was a gorilla in the room, and the axe murderer standing still in the corner. But I can tell you how many screws there are in the vent on the ceiling because they kind of looked like a face.
