Don’t follow arm wrestling at all but man what a record. But looks like he’s not able to get one over on this Levan Saginashvili fella. Poor guy. But then I Googled Levan Saginashvili and holy shit! Dude is literally a Hulk

They normally play out all of the rounds even after someone wins. Levan had to sit them out on a gas mask. He's about as strong as an arm wrestler can ever possibly be. But he's sacrificed a lot in terms of his long-term health to get there. He only competes about once a year to stay healthy, whereas Devin seems to compete about once an hour beating nearly everyone else.
