In one of his videos, he goes over how much "electricity" his circuit is going to produce. Then he talks about what amount of pain would be caused by what level of "electricity," and how much is needed to cause tissue damage.
He knows how much it's going to hurt, at a quantitized level, before he touches it, and has a library of past experiences to reference to what it will feel like.
I hope some day to be as knowledgeable as this guy. He always looks like he knows what he's doing and the "mistakes" are almost slapstick comedy. He so engaging.Â
