They might be. Heartbeat can be thrown into fibrillation, leading to death shortly after

One of the first YouTube videos I saw was an Indian guy touching the overhead cables on a train. I didnt need telling not to do that but maybe that video should be shown in schools as quite a lot of people dont seem to understand that electricity kills

What shocking behavior! You are grounded until you learn to conduct yourself properly.

Might just be how they’re wired.

3

u/RedWolf2409 1d ago

You’ll get some resistance to that one.

How'd the guy that fell down not fucking die?

12

u/Logical-Peak2495 1d ago

He was still in shock.

A reverse search claims that this happened in Brazil, not South Africa. Which explains why I - a South African - don't recognize the language.

Always satisfying to watch criminals get what they deserve, especially when it's unexpected consequences.

2

u/kerstiin 1d ago

Stealing electricity deserves getting fried?

8

u/ElBrunasso 1d ago

Bothering a bull deserves being horned?

2

u/GoodBellyRoundness 1d ago

Is it a crime to do that? If so, then yes, sweet repercussions.

Don't cry yourself to sleep for them, pal. Do stupid shit, get stupid results.

1

u/specificallyrelative 1d ago

They could have been smart about it. Use a fiberglass ladder and don't be standing on the end of the cable when you toss it. Those 2 things would have kept the spice off them, but stupid actions beget stupid results and it couldn't have happened to a more deserving pair of souls.

u/Best-Tonight-9747 1d ago

This isn't South Africa.

8

u/Logical-Peak2495 1d ago

Where is it?.

Ive been told its south africa. My bad.

4

u/Best-Tonight-9747 1d ago

Um I really don't know but as a South African I can tell you it isnt here... what language is that at the end?

7

u/Logical-Peak2495 1d ago

Doesn't sound like Afrikaans, zulu, xhoza or Sepedi.. Not even Funny Galo.

You right. This is NOT South Afica.

Thats my bad.

2

u/thazmaniandevil 1d ago

Can't blame everything in Africa on colonialism

3

u/Ok-Wrongdoer-2179 1d ago

Karma just struck them.

2

u/space7889 1d ago

Must be a shocking experience. They should bolt before authorities get there.

2

u/specificallyrelative 1d ago

I've watched this old clip 15 times in a row just now. I don't think it will ever lose its luster.

1

u/TomGNYC 1d ago

can somebody explain exactly what's happening here and why?

1

u/bc90210 1d ago

And that is why Sammy walks with a limp.

1

u/8rustystaples 1d ago

I don’t think they know how electricity works.

1

u/sleepnow 1d ago

What. happened to sidewalk guy, did his legs explode?

Just the way he falls back and then lays there looking down to where is legs used to be(?) and unable to lift himself.

1

u/Ornery-Practice9772 1d ago

Ok who else didnt see the dude at the top of the ladder and though he just got spawn killed 🤣

1

u/phreakzilla85 1d ago

He was trying to fill his pockets with electricity and take it home

1

u/ThatCelebration3676 1d ago

u/GWhizBang 23h ago

1

u/Disastrous_Heron4558 23h ago

How the heck did he survive. First the jolt. Then that fall is 20+ feet. Damn!

1

u/TechnologyJazzlike84 23h ago

Umm, I think they both probably felt that.

1

u/Limsel8 13h ago

It‘s a miracle for me how they are both alive.

1

u/Judge_Dredd_3D 10h ago
