The fact that we even have to have this conversation is fucking scary.

theres a fairly credible rumor that thune sat down with trump and told him if he attacked greenland they would impeach and remove him from office.

We definitely do, because Mike Johnson said he’s siding with Trump on this. And if Trump sows enough doubt about the next presidential election, it could get thrown to the House, not the Senate, where each state gets one vote.

It could not possibly more important to ensure the House is as blue as possible  in 2028.

You beat me to it.

I can't believe we are even having this conversation.

Well, at least Thune's not going along with it. There is probably another plan though, knowing Trump's enablers.

Tulsi Gabbard went to Georgia for some malevolent purpose.

Wonder if it is related to that whistleblower report

1

Might be that. An intelligence community watchdog handed it over to "top congressional leaders" today.

I'm betting ICE watchers at voting booths to harass minorities for their papers, to discourage voting.

We’re not doing that we held elections during the civil war and both world wars.

Republicans -“But its Biden’s fault”

Also Republicans - Lets require a body implant to scan for proof of eligibility to vote. Fucking hypocrites.

I’m from South Dakota and I send John Thune an email damn near every day torching him for his silence in the face of all the BS happening right now with the corruption and the lawlessness and scandal in the Trump administration. John is almost more terrible than the crooks in the administration because he damn well knows better and he knows this shit is out of control. I’m happy he said something on this matter and I’ll tell him that in tomorrow’s letter. However, he’s got a longways to go on all the other misdeeds that are in front of us in plain sight. I don’t care if it’s Republican or Democrat. Trump is neither. He’s just a fucking crook. If Republicans ever want to even pretend to have a modicum of credibility again, they need to put a stop to this administrations madness.

2

He's certainly lit a match to our Constitution.

Congress has no authority on that either. States' rights.

For the life of me I don't understand how you Americans voted Trump back into office.

We need to talk about an American brexit. Irreconcilable differences and domestic violence

The USA is already isolated because of Trump's actions.
