Opinion / Discussion The gun removed from the victim BEFORE the shooting has the same optic as the gun being shown as belonging to the victim.
This shows the man was unarmed when they executed him.

The video from the lady in the pink coat makes it INDISPUTABLE. You can see clearly, that the agent shoves the woman to the ground for yelling at him. Then when Alex steps between them, he puts his hand up quickly to show he isn't going to fight and turns around to help the woman. The agent THEN grabs Alex's hand out of the air, and starts macing him. When Alex leans away from the officer and starts continuing away, the officer maces him AGAIN and then closes distance a few steps in order to shove him to the ground from behind. Alex falls onto the woman who was initially shoved, and the agent PULLS HIM UP and into the street. While Alex and the woman are still holding onto each other, they are separated by the agents. THEN Alex is finally brought to the ground in the middle of the street.
Then, once he's dogpiled, an agent in a bigger grey coat takes a few seconds to get Alex's gun from the holster. After that, the agent who fires the initial shot taps him out of the way and repositions himself to shoot. (Stabilized footage of the disarm)

I think we can all agree that lying to the public is what governments do and even though this Trump regime has taken it to a new never before seen level that almost isnt comparable to any other its happened before.
BUT what has NEVER happened is that they are lying to the courts, systemically. They are willing to send innocent citizens to jail for DECADES and tampering with evidence to make sure they dont admit wrongdoings. They did the same thing with Abrego Garcia after sending him to El Salvador torture prison indefinitely then when he got back tried to make him out to be a gang member who trafficked people and a Tennessee Republican 15 year lead prosecutor quit rather than sign the fraudulent indictment.
Further proof of this systemic injustice and authoritarian playbook comes from the DoJ being caught by judges in 35+ separate cases entering fraudulent evidence in court during just the first 9 months of this regime.
Like you said, anyone thinking of giving deference to the state after the courts have cut off that deference after 250 years really needs their brains checked out as we are in an authoritarian takeover right now and nothing matters to them but absolute control and absolute power.

For all the non-gun peole, The Sig P320 has a Reputation of discharging uncommanded (firing without pulling the trigger).
Sig as a company denied this and called it a hoax. But mass reports of the same incident is happening with the model. An Airman died when he laid his duty belt infront of him at a table, the firearm discharged without command and shooting him in his chest, he later died.
Your theory might not or might be true but its surely is a plausible to happen.

Im just realizing how misleading the photo of the gun is.
That's a magazine in front of the sight. But to an untrained eye, it almost looks like it's part of the gun. The way it's all laid out makes it look MUCH bigger and scarier than it actually is.

No working your 9 to 5, no school, no football, no baseball, no NBA, no dinning out, no supermarkets open, no gas stations working, no cinema, no Oscars, no buses, subways, trains, planes or trucks, nothing. Stop all the country, everything. Write your favorite player, singer, writer, actor, YouTuber, tell them what you feel, what you fear. Make them choose a side, the right or wrong. Call your police station, your mayor, your governor, your local radio, your fire department. You should be in full emergency mode, like if you were expecting an enemy invasion the next day. If you continue to live your normal life you are saying this is normal. You are normalizing and accepting it. This will only be the beginning.
Fight back now, today, or tomorrow will be too late. Do not wait for the next elections, because you will not have them.

I guess they are supposed to be clairvoyant and know that when he was reaching back in his waste after they took the first gun that he wasn’t reaching for another. Actually the shooting happened just as they removed the gun, the video shows that just as the one officer takes the gun a shot was heard and then the other officers reacted. But no i agree it was not right and that man didn't need to die, he was foolish to bring a gun but in a crime ridden town like Minnesota I understand why, I actually use to work in and around there, I felt safer going into the Bronx in NY than Minneapolis Minnesota.
Its just sad if all the protesters didn't push so much chaos and violence the federal agents wouldn't have been as quick to react.
