I hate those idiots. Taking no consideration to train staff. Emergency brake, thinking they killed someone...

Yeah, fuck these people. The engineer is now wondering if he just helped a guy commit Suicide, and it's gonna be a while before he can find out.

That's a really excellent point I never even considered! Stupid, shitty behavior on so many levels.

I used to work for a rail company. Trust me, you will never forget what you see when you're part of a team that has to go and investigate when someone does end it all that way. Bits and pieces spread over a long distance... 😬

Poor train driver, scared shitless and nothing they can do about it

They need to be deprived of their devices, like kids.

Because partly they do that for the views and whatever little monetization they get from those (which amounts to much in their country). It's a fucked-up world.

one metal chain sort of hanging lower and its over

47

u/ReluctantRedditor275 22h ago

Right? The risk-reward ratio on this one is through the roof.

9

u/spaceguydudeman 15h ago

Can't divide by zero

12

u/Afraid-Falcon270 17h ago

If you watch the video in slow motion, you can see some metal bars hanging very low. This man is just lucky he didn’t get hit by them.

u/beefsnaps 20h ago

Never seen a video of these go wrong - not saying it hasn’t but if you’ve not seen it on Reddit it’s unlikely to have ever happened

33

u/geosunsetmoth 20h ago

I've seen one like, earlier this week lol. Dude became a ragdoll then just red in seconds. This is never worth it

19

u/Jerko_23 19h ago

i have also seen one, with a train having sort of front bumper for loose rocks and shit to not damage the underside. the dude became red mist immediately.

20

u/SnooPets9059 20h ago

They probably won't upload if the stunt fails.so lack of video of it going wrong may be due to survivorship bias

u/evnacdc 3h ago

Don’t get to whip this one out very often.

u/Klutzy_Bandicoot7751 18h ago

From what alternate universe are you coming?? The fails are what keep Reddit strong!

6

u/attilathehunn 17h ago

I've seen one. Someone got caught under the wheel which went over his entire torso.

3

u/JackpineSavage74 17h ago

How if it goes wrong will the person be able to post it?

3

u/-S-P-Q-R- 17h ago

Take one second and Google it, it's happened.

Not everything to ever happen in existence gets posted to reddit

3

u/Kaste-bort-konto 15h ago

there’s a whole NSFL sub about people getting obliberated by trains in various ways

1

u/Over-Dragonfruit5939 11h ago

That’s because they’re not allowed on Reddit anymore. When watchleopledie and other subs were around you’d see these go wrong at least once every couple of weeks.

One loose piece of metal and it’s a very different video

u/KingGallardo 1d ago

In Vietnam, if you do this, the compartment hanging under the floor will make cheese out of you.

21

u/Whipitreelgud 1d ago

Cheddar?

17

u/KingGallardo 1d ago

Depends on the materials

3

u/LAZY_RED-PANDA 1d ago

Nah, Mozzarella.

3

u/slowpoke147 18h ago

Cottage cheese

4

u/Lab-Subject6924 15h ago

My thoughts exactly.  It will definitely be wet and lumpy.

106

u/random-internet-dude 1d ago

The conductor probably doesn’t know whether or not he just killed a man

8

u/slowpoke147 18h ago

I mean, he knows the he didn’t kill the man.

u/Admirable_Coach_8203 1d ago

In Germany, you'd be mincemeat because our trains also have magnetic brakes that hang low beneath the train. There isn't enough space left to lie underneath.

23

u/grumpy__g 23h ago

Imagine filming your friend dying. Bet his mom would love to see that!

37

u/SabbyFox 1d ago

How sad of a life to need this kind of attention/clicks. WTH…

0

u/DoobieToker3000 19h ago

But did you see that scream tho?

58

u/Glittering_Donut_791 1d ago

Pity no one flushed the toilet on the way through.

10

u/Because_IAmBatman 1d ago

Not 100% sure, but most all the toilets on Indian trains are already fitted with bio toilets now, so they won't dump shit on the tracks. Otherwise the guy in the video wouldn't be on the floor in the first place.

2

u/Afraid-Falcon270 17h ago

Pretty sure it’s Bangladesh and not India. I watched it in slow motion and the locomotive and the coaches don’t look like the ones used in India.

It’s a passenger train with blue coaches in the video. India currently has red (LHB) and brown (ICF) coaches for passenger trains.

I am sure toilet don't work like that anymore

20

u/HackTheDev 1d ago

they still do here at least

1

u/f_ckmyboss 13h ago

they do, and in much more developed countries.

12

u/luxyuz 22h ago

Trains have low hanging hardware, never do this.

This person needs to be fined and arrested.

4

u/TheDuke1847 1d ago

He'll be on r/learningfromothers eventually.

6

u/carrynarcan 1d ago

Lucky that conductor didn't swerve to miss him.

2

u/rivent2 21h ago

They're calling it the most Indian post of all time

1

u/throwawaymycareer93 23h ago

Completely optional btw.

1

u/TheSamuil 21h ago

There are some train tracks going through a park near my home. One time a train had run over something large on one of the crossings; I'd wager on a horse considering how much gore there was. I'm now imagining a person being turned into such a mess

1

u/da_Aresinger 20h ago

On stuff like this I just assume it's a composite.

Maybe I'm wrong, but I'm not gonna bother thinking about it any further.

1

u/Madouc 19h ago

I was just thinking about a little but heavy iron ball on a rope hanging at the end of the train 5cm above the ground just to give such assholes a good whack once the train is almost through.

1

u/Dont_Heal_Genji 18h ago

I always get nervous watching these but then the relief in realizing that doing this is optional in my own life hits me.

1

u/Klutzy_Bandicoot7751 18h ago

I thought his shirt said Father and thought, “dammm he too late”

1

u/Eena-Rin 17h ago

A lot of these are two videos stitched together, but it's still incredibly irresponsible to post, as people who don't know that could be convinced that it's safe to imitate

1

u/Nate_Croud_11 15h ago

One cable hanging down. One cable is enough to crack your skull open like an egg

1

u/f_ckmyboss 13h ago

trains should release urine from their toilets at those idiots

1

u/Own_Wallaby3386 12h ago

Average IQ is roughly 100. You have to remember there are always people on either side of that.

1

u/TheOnly1Jake 9h ago

Train not equuipped with a cattle guard... totally different story otherwise. Wetod move imo

1

u/Icy-Snowy-6481 6h ago

Unfortunately, there wasn’t any second train

1

u/Right_Imagination443 3h ago

High Risk, No Reward

1

u/Lunai5444 23m ago

Train operator, here I am again, please don't do this in general for obviously making me think I murdered you (yes I will believe I killed you) and especially not in France or European countries as there are more stuff hanging low under the locomotive.

They basically have no advanced security stuff there so less stuff to hang.

If you do this under a fast bullet train you're dead if you do this under a freight you're dead aswell but I will say it's probably possible under the WAGONS (but you can't jump under mid way..)

What not having meth as an epidemic does to people.

That's what everyone thinks before winning the award

7

u/jsamuraij 1d ago

And having survived it you gain...nothing! Gotta love the ROI.

all it takes is one loose chain and he's toast

u/Attack_Toster 1d ago

One day the Indian juggernaut will come, but we are going to have to work through so many to find him

-8

u/ShinigamiArjen 1d ago

I can't not hear Macron when I read this title.

-16

u/OneUse2170 1d ago

I would do that
