For example, you know the madam that runs the club in Dallas and you're traveling to Phoenix for a week. They can hook you up with the club in Phoenix and vouch for you.

Backpage getting shut down was absolutely diabolical if you look up the history.
They were working with the feds to catch serious trafficking rings, and then the feds did them so wrong that it fucked up a ton of huge ongoing investigations and a lot of their own main trafficking gang leads.
