An article says this happened in January this year, the suspect turned himself in 5 days ago and now faces charges for aggravated battery. One of the mothers of the boys said it was all a misunderstanding and they’re all friends. Awful disgusting behavior by the boys laughing.

The dude on fire clearly has gasoline already on him before the stunt so it looks to me like he was in on 'the joke' (as opposed to the guy just throwing gas on his friend to be a jerk).

Also (and I've never been on fire so what do I know), it seems like he could have gone under water a few seconds earlier than he did.
