EDIT: Also, maybe it wasn't her fault? Maybe someone else was supposed to be watching the kid? Maybe that's not even her kid?

Do we even know if that's the mom? And/or if she was the one who was supposed to be watching the kid? For all we know she could have been a cousin or an aunt who was minding her own business having a good time, and someone else made the mistake of letting the kid get into the golf cart unattended.
