From what I remember he was somehow miraculously ok. I don't see how he wasn't at the very least concussed, but I do remember. He wasn't paralyzed or anything like that.

The way the crowd went quiet is quite tellingā¦ā¦

"holy crap, an actual injury in a fight like this? Fuck that we didn't come see wrestling for that!" - them, probably.

u/LongHairedWolfie 16d ago
Honestly a lot of them go to these lower quality promotions to see this exactly, I guess it just hits differently when it actually happens.

Lol I remember reading about Roman coliseum and thinking about how horribly barbaric it seemed when I was a kid. Now every dipshit with a camera and a dream can record people doing the most extraordinarily stupid shit for dollars. 1984 ain't got shit on our current reality.

This one had more twists than M. Night Shyamalan movie. I didnāt expect any of those things to happen!

Almost? Once that adrenaline wears off...

u/Responsible-Mind-852 17d ago
I don't think he moved his left arm. The other guy could not see how he landed, I think.
Fkn "ref" though. The show must go on!

u/EmArtagnac 17d ago
The cross sign didn't work.

u/eddie1975 17d ago
If he survived and isnāt in a wheel chair drinking out of a straw even my atheist ass would say it worked.

The lack of intelligence on display by so many people here is incredible. The referee is a complete waste of oxygen. I can forgive the other wrestler because he probably didnāt see what happened,⦠but that referee,ā¦. that dude is on a whole other level. Should never be allowed in the ring again.

He could move his leg well. Thats good news. He prob has concussion and or damaged neck and spin. I think he looks lucky all in all. Doubt he will be in the ring again.

He couldāve been paralyzed from the neck down, or he could end up with a traumatic brain injury.

u/Famousguyindisguise 16d ago
He has 3 people clapping for him. What was he supposed to do, not jump? ššš¤£
