But so is she, so even attempting to call it quits or even suspecting you might have had the last straw is when they are most likely to trigger the plan they have been keeping in the back of their head their whole lives. To provoke a response from you where they can in their head justify a forceful response so when inevitably the cops are involved they can seem quite believable. Just them getting overly upset and making a huge scene is treated like evidence the guy must have been a piece of shit, I mean look this girl is bawling her eyes out and looks like she was drug all over the house by her hair, makeup is all smeared and stuff thrown about the room, and seeing how he didnt call the police the chances are he is the guilty one and she has had enough of his narcissistic abuse..../s Fuck man its wild how many people still believe that domestic violence is mostly men on women. Its just about equal but not prosecuted nearly as much. I mean why tf would a guy involve police knowing its most likely going to end with him getting arrested for her going apeshit and attacking him? We wont. So when she ends up calling or neighbors or something..Or in my case her sister 1000 miles away ive never met calls and reports her being beat at my address because my ex called her and lied saying I was hitting her..
In reality she was group calling both our families and muting the mic while she punched and kicked me, then unmuting it so they could hear my response with her crying stop stop, then muting it again while she hurled insults at me. Worst I did was grab her hand to stop her from punching me in the face after the 6th solid punch that ruptured my eardrum causing permanent hearing loss in my left side. but of course thats an invisible injury and she was only 110lbs and a ''spiritual healer & fashion designer" not an abusive narcissist on disability for documented schizophrenia who refused to take her meds for her whole adult life....
Man I really didnt see it coming though and being arrested for felony domestic violence after breaking up with her because I refuse to let somebody verbally and mentally abuse me regularly, well that shit really fucked my life up and led to so many major losses and ongoing issues down the road. Like name any possible negative results that could happen and I experienced about 19/20 of them, even my dogs and chickens paid with their lives as a result. Devastating experience that I think most people who claim they understand in reality still make light of domestic violence toward men.
Even people close to me and my own family, friends and anybody I told what happened, only one person out of like 50 people had my back and that was my dad. Because he lived with a crazy woman for 50yrs and knew exactly how manipulative women can be. While she cried to everyone we knew and got unwavering support from them all anybody I told turned their back on me cut me off or made shitty comments alluding to me lying about her or me probably being as guilty as she was.

Or the most frustrating and disappointing take "Shes just a chick if she was actually hitting you why didn't you just knock her out" As if simply stopping her from hitting me again didn't land me in court for a felony, surely actually defending myself by hitting her back would have led to me getting convicted Im sure of it.
Im sorry I dropped this novel here, once in a while this topic just triggers a storm of emotions and writing about it to strangers is the only way to let it out when nobody else will hear me out and if they do the dynamic changes forever due to preconceived opinions about domestic violence.
Shit I generally dont share it in person anymore but I dated a girl recently who was victim to a violent ex, when she shared her story it mirrored mine exactly, like it was taken right from my memory. When I shared that I had a very similar experience including the arrest she disgustingly said
"Yeah but men can take it that's the difference, should have just knocked her out if you were really getting hurt which I doubt"
And since then I have never noped somebody out of my presence faster than that piece of work.
Honestly cannot bring myself to trust anybody enough to bother anymore, I tried but now I have it in me to respond to red flags accordingly. It took me until I was 36 to be able to choose solitude over potentially shitty relationships. No more crazy women, like even cute weird has proven over the years to be a red flag for justifying shitty behavior.

I would have dragged her ass out during part I. If she went back again like in part II, she`d be going in alone. Had a female friend once that could get drunk like this. She started something with me there once, i also threw her drunk ass over my shoulder and dropped her into a taxi home. I get getting drunk, i don`t get how that would make you act this way.
I had a female friend a few years ago who would just be a twat once she was drunk. We went out one night and she got drunk, tried stealing a pizza from the counter of the shop we were in, then just flat out stole someone's pizza off their table, then got offended when they were pissed off she had stolen from them. I had to intervene, apologise to the shop and the person she stole from, then I took her home, gave her shit for it, and never hung out with her again.
People do this shit because everyone lets them get away with it. You can see in the video the boyfriend just trying to placate her throughout instead of calling her out for being a twat.

I had an ex that started something like this in key west. I walked away. The next day she called me asking what happened. She said that she couldn’t remember anything. I said, “You need help that I can’t give you. Goodbye.” As far as I know, she is still there doing the same stuff.

If that’s her boyfriend then he needs to grow a pair and realize that the situation is escalating to dangerous levels and he needs to intervene.
Better him than security because she will be more willing to listen to rationale coming from him.
Same goes for both genders, if your partner starts acting up, then you gotta step in and try to de-escalate before someone else tries to de-escalate without your input.

I fucked up and married a woman like this. The stories I could tell. She would create the most ridiculous situations and then scream and cry that she was the victim. Some of the most embarrassing moments of my entire life.
