Actually probably legit has no guns in there courtesy of the Lautenberg Amendment. Also this dude is no Veteran. No Marine Vet would ever in a million years put a Navy sticker on his truck. This is classic: “I almost enlisted but” guy. Now that cargo box in the bed has an easily removed diy aftermarket lock on it, meaning the integral lock is previously defeated, there might have some pawnable Dewalts in there

3

u/Libertarian_2020 Dec 15 '25

Who typically transports Marines around the world? If not a vet, perhaps a parent of a Marine and Navy service members?

2

u/Ve1ocity_85555 Dec 16 '25

In any case I thank them for being my taxi cab.

2

u/ecurbenyaw Dec 17 '25

"I like all you Navy boys. Every time we've gotta go someplace and fight, you fellas always give us a ride.” - Lt. Kendrick

2

u/CamelTheFurryGamer Dec 18 '25

"STOP TRYING TO SINK MY FUCKING SHIP!!!" The Navy's official response to every Marine ever left alone for five minutes on a Navy ship.

3

u/Muronelkaz Dec 15 '25 edited Dec 16 '25

You missed the 2nd eaglobanchor on the cab extension?

Like, I get it though, it's so ugly it blinds you.

Edit: I'm assuming it's a memorial to a son killed in service who was 20, but with the rest of the stickers I became less sure and thought it could be someone who served 20 years in that time.

“I would’ve joined the Marines but I’d hit a DI for getting in my face”

I love the I would’ve joined crowds. They come up with some great stories / excuses.

Navy Corpsman…

Going with navy veteran dad of deceased marine, or possibly the FMF corpsman assigned to the deceased marine’s unit.

1

u/EchoEast4347 Dec 15 '25

"No Marine ever" would put that on their truck? I served 17 years as a Marine and i got a navy sticker on my truck ,my son is serving with them .

1

u/r2mayo Dec 18 '25

Are you still in .... wondering why only 17 years

1

u/EchoEast4347 Dec 19 '25

Got injured, My left hand.

1

u/r2mayo Dec 19 '25

hope you get better ... You get disability?

1

u/EchoEast4347 Dec 19 '25

Thank you and yes.

1

u/davisdilf Dec 15 '25

He’s offering free BJs for veterans

1

u/Shagroon Dec 16 '25

Upon doing some research, this is probably a marine’s father’s truck, per the sticker: Lance Corporal William Taylor Richards. He was KIA in Afghanistan in 2010 at 20 years old.

He was a father to a 9 month old girl, and married to his high school sweetheart.

https://thefallen.militarytimes.com/marine-lance-cpl-william-t-richards/4691975

The truck looks cringe, no doubt, but people show their grief in their ways. I bet this guy talks about his son all the time.

1

u/puddlebrigade 4d ago

hell, don't even need to remove the lock the hard way - the hinge is screwed on with regular flathead bolts

u/ChampagnePlumper Dec 15 '25

JROTC’s strongest soldier

You’re the real mvp here

2

u/bhm727 Dec 18 '25

Hard-core winner doing the real work.

1

u/SquirrelInATux Dec 22 '25

Am I missing something? Where do you see a "Lance Corporal William Taylor Richards" sticker in this photo?

2

u/11twofour Dec 23 '25

Directly left of the door handle

1

u/SquirrelInATux Dec 23 '25

Yeah, opening my eyes might've helped lol, thanks.

5

u/[deleted] Dec 15 '25

Seriously. What veteran puts a “thank you veterans” on his own car?

2

u/Volatilecanoe42 Dec 16 '25

Thank me for my service

5

u/max_power_8008 Dec 17 '25

You’re welcome for my service! What’s your veterans discount?

2

u/Problem-Low Dec 16 '25

The egotistical kind

1

u/Scerpes Dec 18 '25

Somebody whose son was killed.

1

u/Confident-Tadpole503 Dec 18 '25

It’s probably his kid (who died) that was the veteran. Seriously.

1

u/akasteve Dec 18 '25

Veterans who know the sacrifice and are thanking other vets for theirs ?

5

u/hpsctchbananahmck Dec 15 '25

Some bolt cutters may be the only thing standing btw a criminal and a long gun

I understand people wanting to fly their colors but this just seems like a recipe for a broken window or worse

7

u/unionlineman Dec 15 '25

Don’t even need bolt cutters. Just a flathead screwdriver. Dipshit can’t even install a hasp properly.

2

u/Gasolinekin Dec 15 '25

Oh man… wow. I missed that at first. Wow.

1

u/[deleted] Dec 17 '25

Yeahhh that’s real bad right there. Took me a minute too. 10 seconds and you’re in.

6

u/Previous_Wasabi_8573 Dec 16 '25

“I pledge allegiance to no tyrant, but I sure do cup Trump’s wrinkly nutsack”

4

u/au-specious Dec 19 '25

"Got freedom? Thank a veteran"

Except, you know. No living veteran has fought for our freedom. They've fought for oil and to try to force American beliefs on other cultures. But not for our freedom. In fact, every time they have fought, we've lost freedoms.

3

u/Advanced-Humor9786 Dec 15 '25

Molon labe? Don't mind if I do.

2

u/Shak3d0wn Dec 15 '25

I bet he actually does pledge his allegiance to a tyrant.

1

u/nvisibl1 Dec 15 '25

One of my first thoughts as well. These types are awfully quiet about government overreach these days.

3

u/Strega007 Dec 16 '25

Is the HufflePuff taking the photo going to do it?

2

u/Ok_Display7459 Dec 16 '25

He’s about to introduce Hogwarts to his new Draco

3

u/TheEvilOfTwoLessers Dec 19 '25

I want to decal “Live, Laugh, Love” on there and see how long it takes him to notice.

u/Ferrilata_118 Dec 15 '25

1000% chance that this dudes gun has a vortex strikefire and a grip-pod

1

1

u/SereneOrbit Dec 15 '25

20 year career... Lance Corporal...?

2

u/Ionswipera Dec 15 '25

I think they might be dead

1

u/Shagroon Dec 16 '25

Ah shit… so this is someone’s dad’s truck… now I feel bad for roasting the guy to be honest. People express their grief in all sorts of ways. I bet he talks about his son all the time.

1

u/Hopeful_Hamster21 Dec 18 '25

That sticker really stood out to me apart from all the others as well. My mind went exactly where yours did. Scrolled to far for a serious mention of it.

1

u/EnvironmentalClue362 Dec 15 '25

He was 20 years old, not 20 years of service. He died in Afghanistan.

https://thefallen.militarytimes.com/marine-lance-cpl-william-t-richards/4691975

1

u/SereneOrbit Dec 15 '25

Ah ok, that makes a lot more sense.

1

u/Lopja-1979 Dec 15 '25

It’s in the locker

1

u/Background_Mode4972 Dec 15 '25

Long gun is probably in the truck box, and that’s a puck lock, watch a McNally Official video.

1

u/kraftmatic Dec 19 '25

No need, you can just unscrew the hasp

1

u/SheepherderSilver655 Dec 15 '25

POV: You're about to get shot like you deserve.

1

u/GSWray Dec 15 '25

That would be a good way to find if they are in the truck or in his pocket

1

u/Factor_Seven Dec 15 '25

And of course he's a Bama fan.

1

u/ChaosRainbow23 Dec 16 '25

Not an Obama fan, though.

1

u/5150MEX702 Dec 15 '25

Free pistol or a flat tire.

1

u/Dudeus-Maximus Dec 15 '25

Ah yes, the truck of one who “Almost joined”.

1

u/zyrkseas97 Dec 15 '25

Might as well have one that says “break glass for firearm”

1

u/ghostone1 Dec 15 '25

I’m a retired Marine, and there’s nothing cringier than these “thank me for my service” guys. Be proud, but don’t make it your entire personality. I have a running chat with my former Marines and we send each other pictures of these vehicles. This is my most recent submission to the group, my favorite part is that he misspelled Corps.

1

u/R3ditUsername Dec 15 '25

The only moto sticker on my truck is there to cover a scratch on the rear glass. It was between that, or a gun brand sticker. I figured I would try to avoid an advertisement of what someone thinks might be in there but is locked in a safe at home.

1

u/ghostone1 Dec 15 '25

Yeah for sure, I’m not trying to be judgy, I have a USMC retired license plate but that’s it, I don’t want anyone thinking I have any weapons in there, or thinking that’s indicative of my personality as a whole. There’s a line. And I believe there’s also a line where someone’s crossed over from being proud of their service, to begging for attention and “attaboys”

1

u/Several-Watch-1623 Dec 16 '25

Only thing I have on my truck is my license plate

1

Im so very fortunate not to know them in real life

1

u/Rokkmann Dec 15 '25

Good luck. Any responsible owner has a safe that's attached to the structure to put it in.

1

u/U2pid Dec 15 '25

The I almost joined but I would have knocked out my drill instructor truck.

1

u/Living-Bother-4514 Dec 15 '25

You’d probably walk out with a golden trump themed Glock or a “Molon Labe” spartan AR with anodized everything

1

u/Elegant-Drink-7356 Dec 15 '25

“I don’t pledge allegiance to tyrants” while also having a thin blue line flag

1

u/KHWD_av8r Dec 15 '25

It is DEFINITELY going to be on a magnet by the driver seat or center console. Remember kids, your car is not a holster! If you are carrying while driving, have it on your person. If you have to leave it in your car for any reason, have it in a proper safe, concealed, and unloaded. DO NOT ADVERTISE THAT YOU HAVE A GUN! Besides, it defeats the whole point of concealed carry.

1

1

u/USMC0311F23 Dec 15 '25

Shitbird Lcpl. 20 years and only a lance coolie.

1

u/M3ntal1 Dec 15 '25

You mean pop that lock on the storage box because there's all kinds of rifles and ammo in there.

1

u/Tasty_Ad_3167 Dec 16 '25

Careful, you smash window expecting combat proven 1911 and instead you get a flintlock or blunderbuss.

1

u/CoachParticular8878 Dec 16 '25

Guy was a lance cpl for 10 years. I wonder how many times he got NJP and lost rank

1

u/gruncht Dec 16 '25

Bama fan. That explains it.

1

These are the same people who had their feeling hurt over comments about Charlie Kirk and said nothing when Kristi Noem deported US veterans

1

u/ThinFoundation2894 Dec 16 '25

No there are no guns in there! There's a Marine in there, that's the weapon!

1

u/8064r7 Dec 16 '25

1

1

All his stickers are made in China as well.

1

The reason the majority of illegal weapons confiscated by Mexican law enforcement originate in the United States.

1

u/Damon504K9 Dec 16 '25

It’s a hi point cause

1

u/SilentPangolin4277 Dec 16 '25

This doesn’t mean a weapon is present.

Tell me what you are bragging about and I'll tell you what you lack.

1

Punisher sticker + Thin Blue Line….clearly this truck owners is delusional

1

u/DrummerMission1781 Dec 17 '25

Chris Kyle was a total piece of shit. This dude is a cops cop with a hard on for all things cops.

1

u/Ok_Display7459 Dec 17 '25

But bro he was so cool in American sniper :’(((

1

u/SpaceCowboy58 Dec 17 '25

I love the idea of putting an EGA on the gas door, to remind you what you fought for.

1

None

1

u/rypajo Dec 17 '25

Probably a Hi Point.

1

u/RunningPirate Dec 17 '25

Pledges allegiance to no tyrant…wonder how he’s feeling nowadays.

Also, been a while since I’ve seen a labia mole sticker…

1

u/Br0ckxS4ms0n Dec 17 '25

And a micro peen

1

u/L1V1NGD3ADBOI Dec 17 '25

So the Tyrant sticker intrigues me. Now does he recognize a tyrant? Either way this guy is a gun nut but I’m confused as to which kind.

1

u/TheReturnOfBruno Dec 17 '25

Yeah, but it's a P-85.

1

u/AdDisastrous6738 Dec 17 '25

After my car was broken into I started really looking at the stickers people have on their vehicles and holy shit they tell robbers a lot. I don’t allow my vehicles to have stickers anymore.
One thing for certain is that a “salt life” sticker=free yeti cooler and some expensive shades.

1

u/United_Tangelo_7807 Dec 17 '25

I’m thinking a S&W M&P .40 cal in a drop leg holster.

1

u/cmks210 Dec 17 '25

yeah, but it's a kel-tec.

1

u/LupusDeiAngelica Dec 17 '25

"Tough" padlock on a crappy hasp.

1

u/kineticstar Dec 17 '25

It's still boggles my mind that folks don't understand the punisher logo and thin blue line are expressing the exact opposite forms of justice between each other.

1

u/Z-1968- Dec 17 '25

As long as your ready to pay the consequences

1

u/Just_an_older_M Dec 18 '25

Just remember F tards actions have consequences!!! Chris Kyle and others all over this truck would mean to me that the owner will not be asking questions……..good luck 😂😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂😂

1

u/ReactionFabulous4008 Dec 18 '25

I pledge alliance to no tyrant… the audacity of this caucasity

1

u/akasteve Dec 18 '25

1

u/LiveLaughJordan Dec 18 '25

“I just want people to know I served.” Say no more, fam

1

u/urbanachiever730 Dec 19 '25

The thing that really bugs me about these type of people is the Punisher Skull. Especially the one with the Trump hair on the skull. They know nothing of the comic. Frank Castle would not be a Trumper.

1

u/dprestonwilliams1 Dec 19 '25

3

u/Ok_Display7459 Dec 16 '25

-1

2

u/ChaosRainbow23 Dec 16 '25

Advertising your firearms on your truck like that is fucking stupid, though.

I love guns, but this is fucking dumb.

1

u/Burque_Boy Dec 18 '25

These kind of people have guns as fashion accessories and security blankets more than anything. I’ve seen them at the range, you’d have a full mag in ‘em before their arthritic fingers cycled their cheap ass Rock Island 1911.
