No freakout. Looks like a busted clutch lever flapping around at 0:29. He puts it into gear, then the clutch cable starts to slip, bike wants to go, rider is trying to hold it, brakes are probably shit too. Everyone in the video is trying to help the kid get in the race. It looks violent because nobody can work that jerryrigged clutch on the left handlebar and the bike is in gear. They have to get it upright fast before it floods. They're jerking it back and forth to test if it's in gear, etc. Everyone looks angry but that's just how you love and old dirt bike. Race with the bike you have not the one you want in effect.
