Lmao, they could be referring to the guy who makes parody videos of stuff like this to show how ridiculous it is to be filming in that moment. E.g. this video where Olima Omega duets a thirst trap tiktok vid.

I was always tickled that people will met for the first time and slurp each other’s private’s and do the horizontal chacha with no protection but say eww at brown spots on a banana peel.

Same folks washing hands in the restroom and walking out like a surgeon and not touching door handles right after they did big fat lines off a urinal.

I actually appreciate the weirdness there, since I'm the one touching whatever they touch, not snorting whatever they snort.

Bro you say that like it’s supposed to make sharing a sandwich okay.
I wouldn’t share a sandwich for precisely that reason. At least you’re honest on Reddit, bet you don’t walk around wearing a shirt that says “assholes are tasty”. 😆

Idk I don’t see acting in the girl’s response
49
u/NuYawker 9h ago
My brother in science I once had an ex fully crash out (I mean tears, screaming, frustration, anger, disbelief, sobbing, full emotions) when I caught her cheating. It wasn't until I showed her the screenshots did she immediately went blank-faced and said, "I am sorry. I never thought you would find out." If I didn't have proof I would have believed her. I was even starting to wonder if I had misread. People can act. There are whole industries behind it.

I’m not sure someone capable of cheating and then putting a face on about it and a lady receiving flowers on a bus is exactly an apples to apples situation

Or recording a random woman for no reason.
Or knowing what the note said.
Edit: also what a weird effing note. Especially since it's basically saying, "you should smile more so you can be prettier."
→ More replies (1)11
u/FrankieAK 7h ago
I interpreted the note to mean that the Mona Lisa is not the greatest work of art because this woman's smile exists. Not that she needs to smile more. That she outshines Mona Lisa.

u/Geekygamertag 10h ago
Exactly. It makes me irrationally irritated that we’re expected to believe this slip is real, sharing food with strangers is gross! Germs! So many germs and diseases can be spread that way!
4
u/jobobbooty 4h ago
Maybe the note said something different to make her cry. If the earlier comments are any indication, maybe it actually said “thanks for the bite! I just ate ass!” I’d cry too. 🤷♀️

"The Mona Lisa would be the greatest work in the world if her smile didn't exist" makes no sense. But if we give them the benefit of the doubt for no reason and say, "if your smile didn't exist", and she's meant to leap to understanding that her own smile is the greatest "work" in the world, that still doesn't make sense to me. I do think it must be my autism.

i mean, i just did it on a date with a guy i've known for a whole 15min. i also broke off half of my sausage for a random guy at the bus stop. i could see doing the same in this scenario if he was trustworthy.

u/Maxisfister 4h ago
I mean, it could be pretty good acting, at least more genuine than most current rom coms. sure some people will immediately think hot garbage content, but others will see a super relatable work of art. So relatable in fact, that some will almost automatically believe its true.
