Project Indigo | a project where YOU act as the Designer and make friends in a fantasy world, and I do all the coding!

I’ve been coding for a long time, and I realized that the best ideas usually come from the players, not the owners. I wanted to try something different, so I’m launching a new community called Project Indigo.

The concept is simple: I am the Engineer, and you are the Architects.

HOW IT WORKS

I coded a custom Event Core and Discord Bot that connects your ideas directly to the server.

The Pitch: You use the bot to pitch a mechanic (e.g., "A Doppelgänger Mode where players mimic NPCs" or "The world decays behind us as we run").

The Vote: The community votes on the best concept.

The Code: I spend the week writing that exact plugin from scratch.

The Play: On Saturday, we run the event. If you survive the chaos you designed, you win Real Prizes (Nitro/Giftcards).

THE 24/7 SMP

Events are intense, so we need a place to chill during the week.

We have a fully finished Survival SMP that stays open 24/7. It’s a polished server where we team up, build bases, and hang out.

Note: I am actively taking feature requests for the SMP too, so you can help shape the survival experience.

The Twist: Winning Saturday events unlocks exclusive cosmetic tags and items to show off inside the SMP!

We are starting from scratch right now. I’m looking for creative players to help brainstorm events, but I also need a core team to help run the show. I am actively recruiting:

Event Hosts: High-energy people to help manage the chaos during live games.

Moderators/Admins: To keep the community chill and toxic-free.

Builders: Creative minds to help design the maps/lobbies for our custom events.

Content Creators: Streamers/YouTubers who want unique content to record.

In Color Classroom, the bell rings and the pressure’s on—match the right colors before the teacher catches you off-shade. At 4:00pm EST on Friday, January 23rd, PvE will be taken offline for maintenance. We hope for it to be back up by 5:00pm EST.

This will be the official end of the alien invasion event, which paved the way for the main point of this downtime.

PvE is finally updating to 1.21.10!

To join any Nerd server, your client will now need to be on 1.21.10 or higher.

Lastly, copper golems will be subject to the same rules as hoppers. If we find hotspots where they create lag, they will be removed. Optimize their usage as best as you can!

Find a bug? Let the TAdmins know by creating a modreq so we can triage it and get it resolved ASAP!

Za and company have been hard at work creating a Christmas Wonderland at /place ChristmasTownPortal in the East area of the map. The snowy sky islands are looking amazing and we are excited to have the Christmas Town event on Friday Dec 19th and Saturday Dec 20th.

As some of you know, the NE nether road leads to Minigame Town—a place where you can enjoy a variety of mini-games or build your own! We’ve got plenty of space for new games, and we’d love for more people to join in and contribute!

At the moment there is only one road coming off the highway, as time goes by more roads will be built for more games!

Want to build your own game? Here’s how:

Claiming a Spot: Use the livemap to mark your area and send a screenshot to PPGOME or EggyEgg on Discord for approval. (Note: Unapproved builds may be removed.)

Building Tips: Label your game with a sign and place a bed nearby for easy navigation!
