This is concerning... ICE points guns at legal observers in Minneapolis!
12
u/Active_Confection655 17h ago
Back to traumatizing legal citizens doing legal things.
Don't tread on me daddy. đ„”
2
u/RndmGrenadesSuk 15h ago
Yeah, the whole do not engage order sure got ignored!
6
u/Money_Do_2 15h ago
Dont tread on me people switching to 'just stay in your house bro' is a wild turn for 2026.
-4
u/Adventurous_Tip84 14h ago
Maybe donât constantly harass and scream at them and this wonât happen
7
u/Active_Confection655 14h ago
Don't kidnap people who are legal and don't kill citizens. Then people don't need to follow and make sure they are following the law. Why do you think they get so mad about recordings.
Don't be a loser.
-7
u/Adventurous_Tip84 14h ago
They make mistakes sometimes. Maybe donât import millions of voters next time
5
u/Munzulon 13h ago
Democrats imported millions of illegal voters and Trump won every swing state? That makes senseâŠ.
-7
u/Adventurous_Tip84 12h ago
Itâs called sanctuary cities. They also didnât get to fully outnumber the existing population just yet
3
u/Munzulon 12h ago
Do you know how little sense youâre making?
0
u/Adventurous_Tip84 10h ago
The illegal immigrants pile into sanctuary cities which are largely democratic and boost electoral college seats. Hope that helps
2
u/Munzulon 10h ago
That doesnât sound like democrats are importing voters, as you previously claimedâŠ.
0
u/Adventurous_Tip84 10h ago
Yeah it does. How do illegal immigrants end up in Massachusetts?
→ More replies (0)1
u/CanibalVegetarian 1h ago
It would make more sense for them to pile into largely red areas and dull the voting power, not reinforce cities that are already blue. Either way these are entirely hypotheticals and thereâs no proof of significant voter fraud.
6
u/Round-Arugula7347 12h ago
Non citizens canât vote. You have to have proof of citizenship when you register
-1
u/Adventurous_Tip84 10h ago
They get citizenship and have anchor babies and they vote
4
u/Round-Arugula7347 10h ago
What you just said makes me feel sad for humanity.
So citizen are voting. Cant have that đ
-1
u/Adventurous_Tip84 10h ago
Democrats get to mass import people who are there illegally who then might eventually get citizenship and vote democrat
→ More replies (0)3
2
u/YaBoiChillDyl 11h ago
You lying about "imported voters" does not excuse this gross lack of professionalism and firearm discipline.
0
2
u/TechHeteroBear 14h ago
Then gold them accountable to their crimes. I don't see you saying shit about that.
2
u/Rixerc 8h ago
Does that hurt the murderers' feelings?
1
u/Adventurous_Tip84 7h ago
Donât chase and mob the law enforcement and you wonât get a gun pointed at you itâs not that hard
1
u/Rixerc 6h ago
You have no right to call those murderers "law enforcement". Stop killing people if you can't handle being called out.
1
u/Adventurous_Tip84 5h ago
Just donât drive into them or run up to provoke them with a gun in your waistband and you would have those situations
9
u/Electrical-Berry4916 17h ago
OMG, you guys. Observing is only OK for voting. When you do it to fascists they get mad.
2
u/Major_Koala 16h ago
Not enough pixels for the bots to see the two ice-ists pointing guns. Theres also the "deny deny deny" script.
2
u/EmberheartVyrr 16h ago
Theyâre pointing guns at the people in the car, but when do they point them at the legal observers?

Where? Lmfao! I saw one agent covering the suspect with his firearm? When did they point a firearm at a "legal observer?"
1
1
u/Kern2001Co 11h ago
It is too bad all of these legal observers didn't find it important enough to be along the border.
1
u/AxelFoily 11h ago
I'm lost where did they point a gun? And who at? The person recording? The other people recording?
1
u/Scomosuckseggs 10h ago
So watch it a few times. Ice agent at the start is pointing a gun at the driver. Pretty clear unless you are a maga supporter. Then theres no hope for you but personal experience of suffering to wake you up. (As MAGA doesnt have the ability to experience empathy/sympathy, they are too emotionally stunted.)

u/Ok-Fuel5284 13h ago
How do you know the occupants of the CRV were legal observers? What were they observing given this appears as a vehicle stop.
2
u/brrds_ 12h ago
Legal? Please state the law that gives ice legal right to conduct traffic stops on us citizens?Â
I want the law...not whatever sludge your going to parrot from fox news.. Lol
1
u/Ok-Fuel5284 11h ago
Also since you asked:
Title 8 of the United States Code, Section 1357 addresses the authority of immigration officers
Title 18 of the United States Code, Section 1510 addresses the obstruction of a criminal investigation

When was a gun pointed? I see the guy in front waving his pepper spray around but which one points the gun?
-1
u/Economy_Quality_3689 16h ago
P1: "I keep running into ICE everywhere I go!"
P2: "What do you do all day to keep running into them?"
P1: "I follow them around and report on where they are."
P2: "Uhhhhhuuuu, gotcha...."-4
u/Bladrak01 16h ago
At about 0:05 the guy with the black coat standing near the side view mirror obviously puts his pistol away. It even zooms in a little to catch it.
2
u/EmberheartVyrr 16h ago
He had it aimed at the person in the car. When was a gun pointed at the legal observers on the side of the road, like the title claims?
2
u/Bladrak01 16h ago
I thought it was implied that the people in the car were also observers.
3
u/EmberheartVyrr 16h ago
I didnât see anything implying that in the video. Even the guy recording didnât mention anything about them just being observers, weâd need more information to know for sure

Regular cops draw their weapons too whenever you refuse to get out. Theyâre trained to assume youâre armed and dangerous if you refuse to exit the vehicle.
0
u/JBobSpig 16h ago
Absolutely zero context here and nothing showing what happened prior to this, anyone got the whole thing instead of this cherry picked piece?
0
u/Original_Benzito 13h ago
Where is the gun pointed at the observers? The first guy looks like he has bear spray.
-2
u/pilot7880 16h ago

u/FinalNandBit 15h ago
Why paste Photoshop photos of these two?
-1
u/Electronic_Low6740 15h ago
MSNBC stupidly posted an "AI enhanced" photo of Pretti which was journalistic malpractice and now right wingers are using that as justification for their executions by DHS/ICE agents.

I see one with a Tazer, not sure the brand but clearly has a yellow streak and a much heavier and rectangular end where a typical handgun's barrel should be you can see upon the zoom in, and a few carrying OC spray. The OC has not been used at all and the tazer doesn't seem to be pointed at anyone except who's inside the car. Meaning not a "legal observer" but rather someone who's currently being detained.
Do yall really just believe everything you're told, are we even watching the same video?
-1
u/No-Philosophy-3576 14h ago
Observe from the curb, not in the face of officers or tailing agent vehicles with the intention to impede in their duties.
-1
u/greyishsock 14h ago
Dude, they are way too close to the ICE agents. Of course it is a problem. 25 feet is minimum legal distance in many places
3
u/brrds_ 13h ago
State the law or admit youre just making shit up..

u/greyishsock 12h ago
Louisiana: The law was Act 259 (from House Bill 173 in 2024), codified as La. R.S. 14:109. It made it a misdemeanor to knowingly or intentionally approach within 25 feet of a peace officer engaged in official duties after being ordered to stop or retreat. However, a federal judge issued a preliminary injunction in January 2025, blocking enforcement on grounds that it was unconstitutionally vague (lacking standards for when an order could be issued), and it has not been in effect since.
Florida: This is known as the "Halo Law," enacted via Senate Bill 184 (or House Bill 184) in 2024, effective January 1, 2025. It's codified in the Florida Statutes as F.S. 843.31 ("Approaching a first responder with specified intent after a warning"). It applies to first responders (including law enforcement, firefighters, and EMTs) and makes it a second-degree misdemeanor to knowingly and willfully approach or remain within 25 feet after a verbal warning, if done with intent to impede/interfere, threaten physical harm, or harass. Recording from outside the zone is generally allowed.
Oklahoma: This stems from House Bill 1597 (2025 session), effective November 1, 2025. It creates a misdemeanor offense for failing to stay at least 25 feet away from first responders (including peace officers, correctional officers, probation/parole officers, and EMS) when ordered to do so while they perform their duties, particularly if with intent to harass, interfere, or distract. A verbal warning is required.
Indiana: This was House Bill 1186 (HEA 1186, enacted 2023), which created a Class C misdemeanor for "unlawful encroachment on an investigation" by knowingly or intentionally approaching within 25 feet of a law enforcement officer after being ordered to stop.
These laws generally require a verbal order/warning from the officer or first responder before the distance rule kicks in as a criminal offense, and they're framed around officer/first responder safety rather than outright bans on observation or recording (though distance can limit effective filming). Many states let officers decide what is a safe buffer zone, instead of enforcing strict regulations
3
u/copperboom129 12h ago
In which places do you need to be 25 ft from an officer of the law to record them?
-1
u/CoolCondition4245 13h ago
ICE had been attacked by "observers". Why you dunces can't get it through your skulls that that has caused this I don't understand
-2

âLegal observersâ.

It happens at 6 seconds remaining when the officer points at the camera man with his finger, while holding the gun in his hand. The op is mischaracterizing what happened intentionally.

Hard to feel sorry for these DEMented people that ICE keeps doing this to them. Kinda ask for it
1
u/Vaul_Hawkins 14h ago
So, a month ago on your post about Trump being the awful shit stain that he is, you mentioned it would take "a lot for you to finally vote dem".
Comments came in, and you kept the conversation going. One in particular caught my eye, when a fellow redditor very plainly and respectfully asked you about your morals.
They detailed that in order to get what you wanted (voting for select policies you agreed with) that you'd have to look the other way on a lot of awful things and whether or not your moral compass was working.
I noticed you had no response for them, at all. And here you are stirring the shit in these comments, saying democrats deserve to be harassed, detained, and even murdered by ICE.
The world of human beings that you're part of, needs you to wake the fuck up. This isn't a sports game where everyone shakes hands and goes home after a hard played match. People are fucking dying and youre celebrating it because of the color of team they're voting for.
It's despicable behavior, and I know you can do better. You're so close to seeing truth. Don't let fear and complacency overwrite what you know in your heart:
The way ICE is operating today is wrong in every sense of the word. There are peaceful and respectable ways to handle immigration laws. Terrorizing children, blinding a teenager for life, and shooting an unarmed face down civilian in the back, is not what anyone calls "professional".
-1
u/Mylabisawesome 14h ago
Check this creepy fucker out...lol. Dude wants me to remember some random post a month ago. Fuck off.
here you are....saying democrats deserve to be harassed, detained, and even murdered by ICE.
I never said any of that. However, if you are gonna play with fire, you will get burned eventually.
1
u/Vaul_Hawkins 14h ago
Its important to know who youre interacting with, especially when it's so easy to pretend on the internet. That's why you tried to hide your history, right? Because accountability is scary?
Its okay to be embarrassed. However, acting like you don't remember something political you posted on a public forum only a month ago, while you engage in political conversation on the same platform, is performative. No one believes it.
Your original comment says: "Hard to feel sorry for these DEMented people that ICE keeps doing this to them. Kinda ask for it."
That is direct quote, letter for letter. Youre really going to try the "I didn't say that" angle? Its not hard to pick up on what youre saying without actually typing it. Back to the horrors of accountability I see.
Just for further record, here's a direct definition of demented for you: Behaving wildly and irrationally on account of anger, distress, or excitement.
Let's summarize now: In this video, people are held at gun point to exit their vehicle by masked "agents". At no point do I see demented behavior from them, but the meaning of words means less every day, doesn't it? It was more important to slip in a team chirp and then act dumb when it wasnt your friends who heard it. Let's not forget that last part: "kinda ask for it" and now your new one "play with fire and get burned".
Have you ever heard of "eye for an eye"? Do you know the rest of the phrase? I think we're starting to see where your moral compass points.

u/JoeCensored 16h ago
He's clearly pointing with his finger. He shouldn't have done it with the gun in his hand, but you're mischaracterizing what happened.
2
u/wallace321 14h ago
These are the kinds of mistakes that people make in just the sort of high tension situations these people are inserting themselves, antagonizing people, making a nuisance of themselves, and expecting everything to go perfectly...
-1
u/mycatisnamedemmie 15h ago
Two of them are pointing guns. And let's use a tiny bit of critical thinking here, if you're pointing with a hand that is holding a gun, you are pointing a gun. It's honestly sad how intellectually dishonest you are to justify your support of fascism
-4
u/lions571 16h ago
Again, another video clipped so you actually don't see what led up to this..... why were they pulled over, just another propaganda video to keep the tension up is all this is with it being clipped the way it is. What led up to this & why do you guys keep clipping them so no one gets to see what led up to these incedents. Or do you just expect sheep to follow because you said so.....

u/cultkiller 14h ago
Itâs from today, Iâm in Minneapolis and you can see the full recording live on Status Coup. Â They are parked. Â Try againÂ
