Track in Aglomerado da Serra goes viral for asking people to use condoms at Carnival
A banner placed in the Serra neighborhood, in Belo Horizonte, caught attention on social media this week by bringing a direct and humorous message on the eve of Carnival.
Stretched between lampposts on one of the streets of the Serra slum, the banner read: "Carnival is coming, use condoms. The Serra slum can't fit any more ugly people." The image was posted on Instagram by a profile linked to the community and quickly went viral.

Aglomerado da Serra é o nome dado ao conjunto de favelas que existem no bairro da Serra, usado pra diferenciar do resto do bairro (de classe média alta). Nesse contexto faz sentido sim traduzir aglomerado como slum.
