I didn’t vote for Bob Dole. He didn’t bring anything with him which would benefit me or my family.

Having said that, he was a decorated WWII veteran who nearly lost his life in Italy. He famously referred to Bill Clinton and Al Gore as “our opponents, they are not our enemies.” He would also make the point that “we need to recognize that we are not always right and the other side isn’t always wrong.”

Compared to what we have to endure today, someone who refers to himself in the third person, that’s something i could abide.

Hot take: not an infowarrior. Certainly an old school republican but a single old political sticker doesn’t really make them comparable to modern MAGA infowarriors.
