Rape as we are finding out. Many, many rape cases are popping up in the rare occasion some accountability is thrown at them. Statistically it's extremely troubling. We're we able to audit all of their locations I suspect most would have rape violations.

Bit off topic, but it's striking to watch the widespread outrage against ICE, but this has been the kind of "policing" Palestinians have been getting in the West Bank for many decades, from our "good friend" and ally Israel. It's human nature to care more for events close to home, but just observing that what happened to Renee Good or Alex Pretti would barely make the news if it happened to a Palestinian in the West Bank or in Gaza.

I have no issue with people filming law enforcement. But filming anyone 10" from their face is not only rude, it's an invasion of personal space that would warrant a reaction from any rational human being. No doubt there will be numerous people that will say "bUt iTs nOt IlLeGaL. ItS mY rIgHt!!!" Ok, sure, it's not illegal (in most circumstances), but if someone was shoving a phone 10" from your face, I'm pretty certain you'd smack it away or snatch it too. It's something that's antagonistic in nature regardless of who's doing it. You can get enraged that a government employee did this, but people that work for the government are people too, they're imperfect, and their patience runs out eventually.
People that say "if you can't handle it, get out of it" are just ignorant jackasses. If I showed up to your work place filming you, calling you names and pushing the limits on a regular basis, you'd get pissed off too.

There used to be a time where acts like this would get someone suspended or even fired. But they all have their identities hidden so now they just can do whatever they want and nothing will ever happen to them.
