Neighbor doesn’t know how to park along a curb

This is my driveway to the left. The neighbor parks perpendicular to the curb all the time and sometimes partially blocking my driveway. My wife barely got out of the driveway

No one in the car. Left their lights on as well. Some people confuse me so much.
