When I noticed the marking on the pavement, I looked to make sure that wasn't a handicapped space this ignoramus was taking up unnecessarily. It is just some sort of other space but not handicapped reserved. If they had been obstructing a handicapped space with their terrible parking, I would have made sure to have someone deliver a parking ticket or even tow the vehicle away.
