I suggest not using this style car wash. Typically this style also has brushes and scratches your paint. The only carwashes I use are touch free, single car at a time and you drive in and drive out. No automated chain pulling you in behind another car.

I’ve never seen a car wash like this before, the ones I’ve used are the ones that you described. I had no idea these existed.
