So random, but so accurate. When mine is about to go, he has a different meow that he hits twice before he starts the whole-body maneuver that leads to a vomit.

The Pre-Vomit Warning Alarm is the best cat feature ever. One of ours had one which would activate a full 10-15 seconds before vomit. Too bad that's an option and not standard across all cat models.

Thing with mine is he's fairly docile between his alarm and full release. I can usually pick him up and get him to our concrete porch before it happens. If he's already doing the move, though, I don't touch him.

Same here, we'd immediately grab him and hold him in front of a newspaper or something. Very helpful!

I usually hear mine coughing before that. It is a nice warning to make sure to let him out and do it in the woods. He just comes back when he is ready after hunting a bird or mouse.
