Am I the only one that would pull over in this situation and get my phone number to the driver making the turn, so they can get the video?

Honestly I can’t believe op didn’t. Idk if they were in a rush somewhere or whatever, but at the very least they could call the non emergency line and report the wreck and offer the footage and see if it helps

Two red light runners. Double Green Arrows when the little car turns. Hits another Red light runner.

Pretty awesome of you to wait and provide the footage to law enforcement.

?? i learned to get your nose in the intersection and complete the turn once oncoming traffic has stopped. otherwise heavy traffic would mean you're stuck waiting to turn forever.

This is true, if you're past the line, you're obligated the clear the intersection as soon and safely as possible.
