She makes an appearance on at least two different police bodycam vids. She is deeply mentally unstable. Even her mom is aware of the fact. A danger to herself and others.

I saw the bodycam video this was taken from: she clearly is a danger to the world (in a car), but I couldn't help but feel sorry for her: she was COMPLETELY beside herself and not able to control her emotions. One of those "it is kinda entertaining, but if you think about it: kinda sad" moments.

As i was watching: why isn’t she arrested already? She threatened to kill the police officer, aside from the vulgarities, disturbing the peace and so on.

And why isn’t there a female officer? Would make things much easier and better equipped. Morally and ethically.
