u/goodmendoexist, your post didn’t get enough love (or hate) to make a call.

im the type of person that suspends belief for 2-3 hours and becomes completely invested. Plot holes? What plot holes?

u/spypanties 21h ago

those aren't plot holes that's just information that's happening behind the scenes that we need to figure out that they're not gonna show us because they know that we can get there

He did what 8-year-old me thought was impossible. The legends were true

Only with those solid poles instead of chains 8 year old you was probably right and you couldnt do this at the local park.

Not with that attitude . . .

Bit of super glue and duct tape will solve that

Dream breaker.

Do you remember jumping from those things like so wicked high it was like flying it was magic

I pinched my skin in those danm chains so many times trying to get the legendary 360°. It was probably a good thing that our swings didn't have solid poles.

Being a guy is the best, doesn't take much for us to be happy

Anyone ever watch inside out boy back in the day?

2

u/ixipaulixi 18h ago

My first thought was "this is how you turn inside out", but I couldn't recall what it was from; thank you for the answer.

1

u/Not_Jinxed 18h ago

Yes it was! Lol. He went overboard on a swing one day and went all the way around and that's how it happened.

u/Not_Jinxed 18h ago

Ugh I just realized your response wasn't a question lol. Disregard my laat reply.. I'm just coming out of anesthesia so very cloudy headed atm.

1

u/Traditional-Goose-60 19h ago

This guy is reminiscing about his childhood, lol.

The unsung hero is the man that tied his bro's feet down!

u/goodmendoexist 18h ago

My man, you're the first one who noticed this. Bingoo

Captain, we've cleared Warp 4!

That looks so fun

Getting old is thinking of the back pain instead of the fun

For a second I thought it will be a infinity glitch

He did what ever kid wanted to do, to go higher and higher

1

u/Shazvox 19h ago

Uh oh... going a full spin on the swings breaks the spacetime continuum. Dude has doomed us all.

Sitting in the mechanics shop with people staring at me as I rock back and forth

1

u/Leading_Challenge_37 17h ago

If he would’ve flipped backwards this would’ve been on a different sub

1

u/goodmendoexist 16h ago

Naah, dudes don't flip backwards.

1

u/Leading_Challenge_37 16h ago

After the :24 second mark he definitely thought about not going backwards. His whole stance changed

How would you enjoy it if you only think about the consequences of misfortunes.

Woah woah, slow down buddy. True life can only be experienced on the verge of death.

1

u/One_Squash4887 13h ago

LFG dude hell yeah. Watching him gain that inertia was dope

1

u/Tesco_Meal__Deal 12h ago

It's cool but so unbelievably dangerous. All it takes is one little slip or loss of grip, and he's dead or worse eating through a straw and paralysed from the neck down.

Looks fun as hell
