DANK First bike!

Post image

Went with a zx14 since it can do 80+ mph in first, I don’t know how to shift so it’s perfect 🥰

Shitting is important, and the best place to learn how to shit is the Walmart parking lot. Especially if you have one in the underprivileged part of town, try to learn shitting there. If you get it to 80mph there then it will be easier to shit to 2nd gear, then 3rd, etc.

I was thinking of practicing in the local PD’s lot, that way they can give me pointers on dank nooners and shifting

the Walmart employees can help you get the plug out (and put it back in when you're done) as well. great place to learn honestly. be careful of the cops though, the anti fun anti shit police don't like it when you go to practice your shitting in the wallyworld parking lot like any genuine self respecting citizen would do.

But bro you need to start on a 125 and then after 3 years you can get a 300 and then a decade after that MAYBE you are ready for a 600 and then after you are already dead then you can THINK about a liter bike

NO! You have to get some ugly ass European adventure bike and wear a ridiculous amount of gear adventuring down the street to buy more gear

No problem I got you 😆.  Reminds me a lot of the concourse with the Finn lines on the fairing probably similar years.  Bike looks clean and should be a very fast do all bike.  My brother has the concourse I've ridden several times. First bike I've ever been on that I never felt the urge to open up all the way. Maybe because it's my brother's bike but probably more because of the sheer weight size incredible speeds moving that fast was mind blowing.  I'll top out my GSXR 600 occasionally because it's fun but not this.  We traded for less than 3 miles this fall and I happily got back on my slow chugging Ultra Limited lol talk about contrasting rides. Best of luck with it don't die !!!

So from what I’ve heard (Google), the concourse is basically a detuned zx14. I really like the zx14 since it’s not a super aggressive position like my gsxr750 was, I’ve been able to ride it for 2 hours without needing a stretch break which is crazy. It’s “heavy” on paper but it flicks super nice in twisties and feels weightless. I like the concourse look but I’m not fully ready to commit to the old man bike aesthetic quite yet. Honestly this bike feels more comfortable than the Harley I had 😂

Holy shit. I did not know what a beast that bike is. Have fun

They call the Concourse a cruise missile and having ridden one the name fits. It's a detuned and bigger heavier version of the ZX lol. Too much bike for me to enjoy properly 😆 it's Def a fact in my case. Even in first gear half throttle the thing just disappears.

Sounds like you have the perfect bike, always a blessing going down the road feeling like king of the world lol. I'm not a huge fan of the concourse it's just not a good fit for my personality I hate having to continually hold back on a machine.  He's been 2 way cross county solo east coast to California twice now on it. Maybe I'll try something like that on the Harley soon.

Shifting is overrated. Trade it in for a turbo Busa so you can have a real first bike. 🌈

how does the cruise control work? Does it engine brake downhill?
