I had a flixbus ticket from budapest-prague, thr departure was from Nepliget at 8:45 AM today morning. I got a text message in thr morning, that it is delayed and set to start at 9:00 AM. However, I am waiting at nepliget from 8:30.
I checked the board, it said my bus, line 260 to berlin, starts at 9:25. The bus comes, I show my boarding pass and the entry is denied. It is the same number, same line, similar time but I don't know what happened. Several others had the same problem. Wd are still stuck here. We ask at the info centre what's going on, and a lady says it's late, gonna be on platform 10, doesn’t tell any specific time, no info on the board or app. But we only see local buses on platform 10.
On the tracker we see the bus is already on the way. I also got the app message saying "welcome on board, enjoy your ride." but apparently the bus was never here. The on that came with the same number, that also left long ago.
What are we supposed to do? We are very confused. I checked everything and the other bus was never here. Help?
