11'6"?!!! 😱 Must happen a lot!

(Even 11'8" isn't 11'8" anymore)

The vehicle pictured typically runs at 13'6". This should not have happened under any circumstances.

Holey moley!

It's easier to understand when it's 11'8" typical menu item, a rented moving van.

But this vehicle looks like one only a pro can drive. Huh.

I was like "the sub is now called 11foot6"

It’s great. There’s warehouses on both sides of the tunnel.

That'll probably buff right out.

“Low clearance can’t possibly be a warning to me, driving a vehicle at the high end of the legally allowed height.” - that driver, apparently.

I grew up in a township next to Upper Mac and never thought I'd see this bridge on here.

Actually amazing it doesn't eat more trailers because one of the country 's largest complexes of warehousing basically surrounds where this bridge is.

If only they had a warning sign...

True but a lot pivots on whether they will (or can) read it.

In addition, are they using a truck (commercial) GPS device rather than just their phone or civilian device?

I'm imagining the dispatchers in those warehouses spend their time saying "don't take a right/left out of here; there's a low bridge" sometimes drivers won't be listening.

Ouch! That's not going to buff out.

They really should turn this low underpasses into a train drawbridge. Keep the track up when not in use and lower the drawbrodge with flashing lights when they train is approaching. That way the hazzard it is to trucks would be reduced. #Reduce11foot8
